Pendant! Nipples and lips 1/2

I am pulled up and hung up in a crouch and as a strapado. In this suspension, the nipples and labia are then attached to the floor with clips and ropes! Every little movement pulls my nipples and lips long! Ouch !!!! 2 parts, uncut!
